Ward adjusted pipcount methods:
1) Take pipcount
2) Add 2 for each extra checker
3) Add 2 for each over 2 on ace point
4) Add 1 for each over 3 on deuce point
5) subtract one for each fewer home board points
6) and .5 per extra checker outsite home board

/10, +1, round up
the leader can redouble if his lead is 2 pips shy of the trailer's point of last take.
Point of last take for the trailer is when he is down a number of pips equal to the number of rolls to go minus 3
Efective Pip Count : 7n + 1
